We are very happy to announce that FSFX are currently developing a Special Effects package, customized for the Wing42 Lockheed Vega 5. The package will be part of the next update of the aircraft and will be free of charge for all customers. The release of the update is currently scheduled for the end of July.
FSFX develops high-quality special effects for selected aircraft add-ons for FSX and Prepar3D. Their product selection includes effect sets for the Quality Wings 787, the Majestics Q400, the PMDG B737, and others. They are also known for their incredible application called „ChasePlane“, that inserts an array of additions to the flight simulator’s camera system.
Wing42 is a new development studio for flightsim aircraft. They recently released their first product in Early-Access, the Lockheed Vega 5 for FSX and Prepar3D. Although still in development, the Lockheed Vega already has a stunning amount of features, including super-detailed 3d models and textures, advanced systems‘ simulation and an interactive payload manager. Many more features are to come in future updates.
The FSFX package for the Vega will include new effects for the Vega’s landing light, engine start-up, touch-down effects and more in upcoming updates.
We believe that the FSFX effects will look absolutely stunning on the Lockheed Vega and can’t wait to see all of them in action!
