Here&#8217;s a list of the new features and fixes.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Special effects<\/strong><br\/>The Lockheed Vega 5 now features effects that were expertly developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsfxpackages.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FSFX Packages<\/a>. The effects include new start-up smoke, landing light, touchdown effects, water spray, etc.<\/li><li><strong>Two new liveries<\/strong><br\/>The package now features a livery of the Alaskan airline Mirow Air Service and a fictional livery for our friends at <a href=\"http:\/\/ww.theskylounge.tv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Sky Lounge<\/a><\/li><li><strong>Fuel dump<\/strong><br\/>You&#8217;ll find a fuel dump valve mounted under the wobble pump.<\/li><li><strong>Walkaround Interface<\/strong><br\/>A new panel is available now that enables you to perform a walkaround of your aircraft before your flight.<\/li><li><strong>Expansion of the Prop-o-Tronic physics engine<\/strong><br\/>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/wing42.com\/en\/content\/13-prop-o-tronic\">physics engine<\/a> also received an update. With this update we are able to accurately simulate the heat-exchange between various components of the engine. Some parameters still need some fine-tuning, but the algorithms work accurately.<\/li><li><strong>Overhaul of the oil system<\/strong><br\/>The lubrication module also received an update, pressure and flow parameters are calculated more accurately now.<\/li><li><strong>Handheld radio<\/strong><br\/>Based on popular demand we included a simple 2d gauge of a handheld radio. This needs to be activated manually though &#8211; please refer to the manual for instructions.<\/li><li><strong>Overhaul of the vacuum system<\/strong><br\/>I re-routed the plumbing of the vacuum system. The Venturi tube now only supplies the turn and bank indicator with pressure.<\/li><li><strong>[bug fix] OOM bug<\/strong><br\/>Sorted out the OOM bug in the FSX version of the aircraft. You will now be able to undertake longer flights without interruption.<\/li><li><strong>[bug fix] Tie-downs<\/strong><br\/>The tie-downs of the aircraft are now visible in the 3d model of the aircraft.<\/li><li><strong>[bug fix] Wheel chocks<\/strong><br\/>I implemented a new routine to hold the aircraft in place when the wheel chocks or the tie-downs are applied. It&#8217;s still not 100%, but I think a better solution to the problem compared to before.<\/li><li><strong>Ashtrays<\/strong><br\/>Ashtrays.
